Easy Waves piecing wallhanging

Have you always wanted to make an “art” quilt but felt intimidated?  This class will ease you gently in that direction.  You’ll create a small wall quilt (approx. 24” square) using the techniques described in Karen Eckmeier’s book “Layered Waves,” with one small adaptation to make things even easier.   You’ll start with 7 fat quarters that play well together, ranging from dark to light.  Then you’ll start cutting gentle curves, layer them, top stitch each layer, and by the end of the second class you should have your wall quilt assembled.
